When you come in to our shop, we will fit you in several wigs/hairpieces to see what looks best. Then we educate you on how to put them on at home and also how to care for them. Don't worry, we make sure you leave feeling fabulous and confident!

Synthetic, pre-styled wigs look more natural now than ever, and they are also budget-friendly and easy to care for. However, you can use heat to style human hair. We do have synthetic wigs and extensions that are heat friendly. It's up to you!

We recommend washing your wig or hairpiece every 3-6 weeks, depending on how often you wear it. Use only shampoo and conditioner made for wigs (we sell this in store!) Longer wigs, such as wigs that touch your shoulders, can get a little frizzy on the ends over time. We can fix that! Just bring your wig or hairpiece in for maintenance and it will look new again!

Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange products. We encourage you to spend time at our store and make sure you love your piece (we know you will!) before purchasing.
